Your support is key to our success

For the first time in the club’s history we have ensured that we take a team bus to all of our out-of-town games. We travel like a varsity team and we provide our student athletes a level of accommodation and travel befitting a university baseball team.

Almost all of our home games were scheduled at RCGT Stadium this year, the finest minor-level ballpark in the province. Our coaches can concentrate on managing the game rather than chalking and dragging the field and our fans and parents can enjoy the game in comfort.

Our team works hard at getting the message out that university baseball is darn good baseball and that the Ravens are a heck of ball team. We are proud to be part of the Carleton community and don’t mind letting folks know about it.

2017-18 has been an important transition as we have effectively tripled our schedule of games and added out of country match-ups in both the Winter and Spring. When all other programs shut down in October, we are preparing for trips to Florida and Upstate New York.

As our record clearly demonstrates, all of our efforts have resulted in success on the field. Student athletes who take baseball seriously are considering Carleton as an option. We were finalists at the 2017 UBaseball championships.

Beginning in 2017 the Ravens forged strong relationships with the amateur and youth baseball community in Ottawa. Our most important interventions have also been fund-raising successes. We run Winter and Summer baseball camps for youth ballplayers.
