OTTAWA (May.16.2017) –
After repeated delays due to to soggy fields and flooding throughout Ontario and Quebec, Little League baseball players are finally hitting the filed throughout Ottawa this week. As part of our partnership with South Ottawa Little League, the Ravens Baseball Club is proud to support youth amateur baseball in the nation’s capital.
Not only are the Ravens sponsoring a Minor Canadian team of 9 and 10 year-olds, they are participating in the selection process for the Minor All-Star team and hosting a Summer Baseball Camp for 7-13 year-olds across the city based out of the Canterbury ball fields and adjoining Arch Street gymnasium. Spots are still available.
Earlier this Winter the team hosted a Skills Prep camp and participated in Spring baseball sort-outs.
All that’s left now is to “Play Ball”!
